BOARDING OF PASSENGERS

Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as NO-SHOW, and will be denied boarding and Not entitled for any refund of the ticket amount. Fresh Bus Private Limited reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may be deemed unsafe for travel by Fresh Bus Private Limited, in the best interest of the passengers onboard. Co-Seats of lady passengers to be confirmed to a lady passenger only. Children of age 5 years and above will be charged full ticket fare.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

Passengers shall present a valid e-Ticket along with a valid photo identity card, issued by a government authority. If traveling in a group, at least one of the passengers should present the above requested information. In the interest of safety of the passengers onboard, Fresh Bus Private Limited reserves the right to deny boarding of passenger(s) who fail to provide the above requested information.

BAGGAGE

At Fresh Bus, we prioritize your safety and comfort during your journey. To ensure a pleasant travel experience for all passengers, please adhere to the following baggage guidelines.

1. CABIN BAGGAGE

  • Allowance: Each passenger is allowed to bring one cabin bag.
  • Weight Limit: The cabin bag should not exceed 7 kg.
  • Dimensions: The maximum dimensions are (L)30 cm x (H)42 cm x (W)18 cm

HANDLING & STORAGE GUIDELINES OF CABIN-BAG:

  • For safety reasons, cabin bags must be placed in the overhead compartment above your seat.
  • Please keep valuables, such as identification, electronics, and personal items, in your cabin bag for easy access and security.
  • The safety of your cabin bag is your responsibility, the company is not responsible for baggage misplaced or lost or theft of personal belongings inside the bag or the bag itself.

2. COMPARTMENT BAGGAGE

  • Allowance: Each passenger is permitted to bring one compartment bag.
  • Weight Limit: The checked bag should not exceed 15 kg.
  • Dimensions: The maximum dimensions are (L)50 cm x (H)80 cm x (W)30 cm

HANDLING AND STORAGE GUIDELINES OF COMPARTMENT BAGGAGE:

  • The compartment bag must be stowed in the baggage compartment of the bus before boarding.
  • Compartment bags will not be allowed inside the bus cabin in any circumstance.
  • Our bus captains are available to assist with loading of your compartment bag into the baggage compartment.

3. LABELING AND IDENTIFICATION

  • To ensure the safe return of your baggage, we advise passengers to clearly label all bags with their name, address, and contact information.
  • Baggage tags are available and can be obtained from our Captains.

4. ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

  • Valuables: Please keep all valuable items in your carry-on bag, as the company cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the baggage compartment.
  • Oversized and Additional Baggage: If you have oversized baggage or additional items beyond the standard allowance, please contact our customer service in advance to confirm space availability and any additional charges.

5. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS POLICY

  • Passengers are prohibited from carrying any materials or chemicals that are hazardous in nature.
  • Passengers are prohibited to carry all kinds of inflammable materials Passengers are prohibited from carrying all kinds of firearms, ammunition, or any weapons irrespective of their size.

6. CRIMINAL MATERIALS POLICY

  • Passengers are prohibited from carrying/transporting any kind of illegal drugs as per the law.
  • Passengers are prohibited from carrying liquor beyond the permissible limit as per the law.
  • Passengers are prohibited from carrying smuggled goods as per the law.

DELAY OF SERVICE

The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may get delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams, weather conditions etc. However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket. The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstances passengers will be intimated immediately through email / phone and the ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the wayside. Baggage will be booked at owner's risk subjected to the acceptance by Fresh Bus Private Limited travel partner

GREEN COINS

  • Green Coins is a Fresh Bus Rewards Program, as part of this program you can hold your money in your Green Coins wallet, the balance can be used only for bookings on freshbus.com & Fresh Bus Mobile App.
  • Referral Green Coins will be credited to the referrer only after completion of the journey by the referee.
  • The balance in Green Coin wallet does not carry any interest or charges.
  • Green Coins has no expiry and can be redeemed at any time to book your tickets at freshbus.com or on Fresh Bus Mobile App.
  • Fresh Bus has the sole discretion for rewarding the Green Coins to its users with promotional offers or cashbacks, monitoring and temporary suspension of the Green Coins, in case of any chargebacks, fraudulent practices or similar issues, etc.
  • Fresh Bus at its discretion, can provide limits for the usage of the Green Coins.
  • Upon cancellation of previously booked tickets, the customers would be accorded an option of either withdrawing such amounts to their respective bank/source accounts or to their respective Green Coins wallet.
  • In case of cancellation of bookings made through Green Coins, the refunds if any after deducting cancellation charges (as per the policy of Fresh Bus) will be processed to their respective Green Coins wallet.
  • For bookings made using Green Coins partially & upon subsequent cancellation of such booking, the refunds in accordance to the cancellation policy would be first credited to the Green Coins wallet and then to the source account from which the transaction was carried.
  • If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Fresh Bus has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete. Fresh Bus has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service.
  • The Green Coins are non-transferable and do not represent any kind of Digital currency or Crypto currency.
  • The above terms and conditions can be amended, modified or withdrawn by Fresh Bus at any time, please refer freshbus.com for updated policy and T&C on Green Coins-Rewards Program. (Offline version)

FRESH PASS

  • Fresh Pass is a digital pass that can be purchased online from https://www.freshbus.com/freshpass
  • Each Fresh Pass will offer access to book One (1) seat which have a validity of 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • A maximum of Six passes (6) are allowed to be utilized for booking of seats in a single ticket.
  • The user can utilize Fresh Pass to book the seats for any day in the week.
  • Fresh Pass is only for booking seats in any Fresh Bus services in Fresh Bus operational routes only, Seat booking is subject to the availability of seats.
  • No other coupon/s or benefits can be clubbed along with Fresh Pass and benefits associated with general bookings are not available to the Fresh Pass.
  • If the user cancels the ticket before 4 hours of the first boarding point time, Fresh Pass will be credited back to the account with zero cancelation amount otherwise Fresh Pass will be cancelled and no refund in any form will be given.
  • To utilize Fresh Pass, one should login using the same user information through which Fresh Pass has been purchased.
  • The user will have the choice to book seats using both Fresh Pass & as regular pay in a single transaction if the Fresh Pass balance is exhausted.
  • Fresh Bus reserves the rights to determine the Fresh Pass fee, the maximum number of seats that can be booked in a single transaction at its sole discretion.
  • No cash alternative will be provided for redemption of Fresh Pass.
  • The Fresh Pass fee is non-refundable, non transferable, non exchangeable and is subject to applicable taxes.
  • Fresh Pass is discretionary for the Fresh Bus customers and customers may book the tickets on the Fresh Bus app or website without purchasing the Fresh Pass as well.
  • Fresh Bus reserves the right to either cancel or suspend the Fresh Pass in case its finds or suspects or alleges any fraud or misuse of the Pass. In all such cases.
  • Fresh Bus shall have the right to modify or / and withdraw the Fresh Pass without prior notice.

  • On cancellation, refund will be credited in 2 - 7 working days to the original payment mode
  • No further arguments will be taken into consideration
  • No-Refunds or Complaints will be entertained for passenger waiting for the Bus at an incorrect boarding point or not present on boarding point
  • Once the ticket is booked, no further modifications are permitted.

Fresh Bus Private Limited may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. Under such circumstances, passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible. Fresh Bus Private Limited may reschedule the journey on the next available Fresh Bus Private Limited service subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance. A complete refund will be provided as per passenger choice in case of cancellation, if the passenger chooses not to reschedule. Management reserves the right to change the seat numbers and tickets are not transferable.

BREAKDOWNS

In case of any breakdowns in route, Fresh Bus Private Limited will refund the amount on a proportionate basis to the source of payment - be it an agent or customer directly. Fresh Bus Private Limited will not make any alternate arrangements of travel for breakdowns en route. Fresh Bus Private Limited is not responsible for any breakdowns of audio, video and air conditioning equipment en route or in the middle of the journey.

PETS

Fresh Bus Private Limited does not allow any pets on board its service.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Use your PNR number for all communication with Fresh Bus Private Limited. Your PNR number serves as confirmation of ticket status. Carry government approved/issued valid photo identification, you will need it as proof of identity while checking in. By using an online booking facility on this site, the customer grants his consent to Fresh Bus Private Limited to contact him/her by SMS, email or phone. Customer’s contact details are not shared with anyone as per privacy policy. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction
