If the amount is deducted and ticket is not confirmed, the amount will be reverted back to the same account from which the payment was made within 2-7 business working days. No, the fare will remain the same, however you will be benefited by discount offers.

Yes, once single lady seat is booked in seater coaches, the adjacent seat will be allotted to lady traveller only.

No, half ticket charges are not available. Children above 3 years will be charged full ticket fare.
