FRESH BUS GROUP BOOKING POLICY

Welcome to Fresh Bus! We are committed to providing reliable and efficient bus rental services

for group bookings. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for group bookings to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients.

Definition of Group Booking:

A group booking is defined as the reservation of a bus for a single event or purpose for a specific journey or journeys.

Quotation:

The price will be quoted by the Sales Department as per the rate card maintained by it post accessing the viability of the route.

 

Pricing and Payment

 

  • Advance: An advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount (including GST) is required to confirm the booking. The balance amount is to be paid within the time specified.
  • Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods are Bank transfer, UPI QR.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

In case of request by the customer for cancellation of service due to any reason, the

following refund policy will be applicable.  

  • 75% of the total amount will be refunded if cancelled before 96 hours from boarding time.
  • 50% of the total amount will be refunded if cancelled before 48 hours from boarding time.
  • No amount will be refunded if cancelled below 48 hours from boarding time.
In case of cancellation of the booking by Fresh Bus due to any unavoidable circumstances, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

 

Modifications and Rescheduling

 

  • No modifications or rescheduling are allowed once the booking is confirmed

Deviation of the route:

No deviation from the agreed route is permitted under any circumstances.

Other conditions:

  • The bus will stop at a midpoint for 30 minutes
  • The passengers will have to board the bus on time and adhere to the schedule of timings of the bus.

Responsibilities

  • Client Responsibilities: Provide accurate booking details and ensure passenger compliance with safety and conduct rules.
  • Fresh Bus Responsibilities: Provide clean, well-maintained bus and ensure drivers adhere to safety protocols.

Safety and Conduct

  • Safety: Passengers must follow all safety instructions from drivers. Fresh Bus reserves the right to refuse service to passengers not complying with safety regulations.
  • Conduct: Passengers must adhere to a code of conduct. Any damages or disruptions caused by the passenger will be charged to the client.
